Stained Concrete
Stain Concrete is one of the most popular choices of decorative concrete flooring creating an elevated look with layers of rich color that can be applied to new and existing concrete floors or work with a concrete overlay. Stain concrete is completely bespoke to your home. Each slab of concrete has its own characteristics that create a completely individual design. Stain concrete can be manipulated in color saturation and design with an experienced applicator. An experienced applicator can create a variegated color with beautiful highs and lows full of character to a simpler design with more saturated color. Stain concrete floors can be personalized with unique borders and graphics.

Our process: We will prepare the floor taking care to mask 2 feet from the floor protecting existing walls, furniture, or cabinets before beginning. We clean and prep the floor preparing for stain and sealant.
Polished Concrete
Polished concrete is a very strong and durable floor which is why you have probably seen it in many commercial buildings. It has the ability to withstand very heavy traffic, is difficult to damage and highly effective against chips or scratches. On top of its outstanding durability, it offers a luxury floor with the option for high shine or a matte finish without the use of a topical seal. This floor is a low maintenance option that will pay off overtime. Not only will this investment improve your enjoyment of your home or business it will also improve the value.
Our Process: We will prepare the area by cleaning the floor of any debris and masking existing walls, furniture, or cabinets 2 feet above floor. After we discuss quality of concrete and decide on polishing out your floor you will have the option to polish out floor to a medium, high, or gloss finish as well as determining if you would prefer any aggregate to show. (Aggregate is the natural rock in the concrete)
Metallic Epoxy
Metallic epoxy contains metallic pigments. Epoxy and metals are mixed together resulting in a metallic blend creating a pearlescent design like no other. This floor is very unique and perfect for a commercial business wanting to add a wow factor as clients or customers enter the door. It is a great accent to a collection of your favorite cars or motorcycles in a garage. It can also mimic a beautiful marble floor for adding interest and luxury to your home. Our Process: We will prepare the area by cleaning the floor of any debris and masking existing walls, furniture, or cabinets 2 feet above floor. A water based epoxy base coat is applied as a moisture barrier before then applying the metallic epoxy of your choice with a top coat of sealant.
